I got SMG, Phantom Hourglass, Orange Box and Mass effect for christmas. My xbox is in for repair though, so i haven't played the two i wanted to most.

Super Mario Galaxy is pretty great, i'm at 111 stars, i don't understand why they'd go 104 stars of fun and then stick 16 coin collecting ones at the end though Phantom Hourglass is fun too, if a bit easy.

pro evolution 2008: 7.5/10 It's still bare bones,  and the gameplay has actually taken a slight turn for the worst.

Call of Duty 4: 9.7/10 A bit easy since i [mastered] call of duty 2, but people are starting to get better lawl. Super in every way, i even loved the single player despite the critics getting at its length and lack of proper story. The ending (+extra ending) was so well done, great presentation.

Newish thrills album, is ok so far!

The Prestige - I thought it was entertaining and interesting, but the idea of the ending was annoyingly clear ever since a particular character was introduced, and could have been better for a film all about fooling the audience. The characters just seemed silly for not working it out, or at least should have been suspicious. I still thought it was at least pretty fun. 8/10

Shadow of Colossus, i'm buying all the classics of the previous consoles i missed before i spend any money on a 360.

yeah it's amazing, no.3 is my favourite so far, the huge tall one with the stone sword, and fragile arm armour, followed closely by the flying one you tail shooting his weird pouches. I've still got two to go though, with loads of coursework to do.

I wish I knew more movies like this - anime that doesn't involve major Japanimation clichés (sweatdrops, loser male + violent moodswing female), and while being mystifying, doing so in a way that is enjoyable rather than making you feel left out. Wonderful story and characters. Those rolling heads and soot creatures are awesome.

The whole studio ghibli series is pretty unique like that. You'll probably like Princess Mononoke and Grave of the fireflies.

The pursuit of happyness

A bit emotionally draining and depressing for the most part, but will smith and his son are such lovable characters its still a good movie. The ending is a tear jerker too :'(

it deserves better reviews than what it got imo

the RTS known as Company of Heroes is meant to be pretty good, i might be getting it for christmas. No resource management, but a system where you have to control certain zones to make things? or is that the same thing, i'm not RTS smart ok, but it looks awesome.

wow good bunch of games there, how much was it altogether?

apart from zelda, i got fahrenheit which is pretty rubbish so far really.
