It's a good picture, but just a couple words of advice:

-His right foot his huge.
-Linework is sketchy, coloring is a bit sloppy in places.
-The head looks like it's tilted to his right.

You have improved since I last saw your work, but just a few places where you could shape it up.

Didn't we try to do something like this with some bad cartoon about a cat somebody made, then when it made it into the top 50, everyone on Newgrounds mass-voted it back down?

I think you misunderstand. I'm not into furries, gay sex, or vore. That's quite a stretch from pregnant women.

It's a movie where some bad shit happens to some guy at work, so God shows up as this short fisherman-like guy to help him. Some specifics I have are that God says that he made peach or avocado pits too big, there's one point where the main character is locked in a hotel room, where he has to write answers to questions from this big religious counsel in ancient Aramaic to prove that God has been talking to him, so God writes it for him in the guy's handwriting, and there's a hypocritical Evangelist guy who wears this ridiculous blue suit. I think the main character was Rick Moranis, but I could be wrong, seeing as I couldn't find the movie under his name on Wikipedia or IMDB.
