Whenever you get more than 2 black people together they are SO FUCKING LOUD??? I'm in the library trying to do the report and there are a group of black kids being really fucking loud.

It's just a part of their culture, I guess.

Report them to someone in the library.  I work in one where this happens a lot, and we don't let people disrupt others.
