Is there any way to edit the quality of a video once you've already imported it? I imported it a higher video quality, and now that the file size is like 20 megabytes, I realize I need to seriously reduce it. Solution?

Though of course you could put only the movie on the timeline
then export the movie as .. something..

then reimport that.

You'll be left with something like 0.3% of the original quality BUT HEY IT'LL BE SMALLER
