So, for about two to three years now I've had a slightly palpable and movable bump in my lower law, right where the skin goes to meet the neck. It's less than a centimeter wide and I can move it in front of or behind my jaw. I have a new one recently on the left side that i can also do this with. They decrease and increase in millimeters barely, but noticeably over time. They hurt almost not at all, but if i play too much they hurt.
 
Also, I'm having braces work done at the moment. I've had braces for roughly 3 years and im near done with treatment.
