I think it was from when I went to the Jack Johnson concert and the combination of the cold, rain and constant head turning to see the stage I put out something in my back. So yeah, I've been trying to crack it and shizz and I haven't done it properly but I think I just did so yeah go me.

Go go easy on it and go for walks.  Take ibuprofen as an anti-inflammatory, and use a heating pad sometimes.
