I've never been a huge fan of chili peppers, they just don't really have much flavor. Habenaros (or however it's spelled) are another matter though. They're fucking delicious. Jalapeños are good too.

You can get really sweet chili sauce.....but I don't like that I love hot stuff.

I always put vinegar, salt and pepper on my chips and did them in chilli sauce or curry.
