Mario has an English-speaking voice actor regardless, and Charles Martinet is much more talented than your average dubber. Even then, the English voice acting in that (like Peach) didn't sound like it came right out of a 4kids dub.

Pokemon sucks in Japanese (I like my squirtles served up nice an manly), in general I just find it odd you're complaining about something you never heard in the first place.

Sounds way cooler, but the biggest differences in my opinion are Meta Knight, the Star Fox characters (especially Wolf), and Pit. EDIT: and Sonic. Sonic probably has the worst English voice actor, seeing as his VA is literally a 4kids voice actor. EDIT2: and Ike. EDIT4: and Lucario. English Lucario is freakin' awful.

Metaknight sounds more samurai-ish in japanese, Purin sounds more catchy and Snake's voice in japanese is more manly, though i like it as well in the american version.

Oh and they could have chosen a different voice actor for PT, he sounds like a 9 year old instead of 13 or so. So is Pit's case, he needs more titles to have more support on his style.

I think all of the voice actors that aren't from Star Fox are fine.

My opinion on the game, it doesn't really matter that much, I mean, the voices don't have a big effect on the actual gameplay. You don't see a hundred pedos jump out of bushes and pull Lucas or Ness away in the japanese version, so who cares?

I like Pokemon Trainer's voice, Fox's, Wolf's and Metaknight's.

Ike, Pit and Falco tho, I dont know.

Sonic isn't the worst voice in the world. I think that everyone overreacts it's horribleness, but it's still bad.

Meta Knight I like better in english, but could be a bit lighter toned.
