Originally, it was for a school-wide competition deemed "Colors", and I created this piece a while back, using Zen Micro's Strawberry as a reference for the body, and the SBC clock face. However, it didn't pass it as it wasn't as "cheeky" as the others were, and ever since I got a new computer, I figured it was lost forever. However, while cleaning out my Period 7 lab folder a few days back, I stumbled upon this and immediatly saved it. The only difference is in this version, I did away with the sub-title "COLORS".

Cool the gradients in the background remind me of the old Channel Four logo for some reason.
Like a rat squatting in a doll\'s house.

Nah, I really like it man. You did a great job on the color clocks especially, but I feel that the there's just a bit too much negative space behind them. I'm not sure, there's something wrong about it that I just can't seem to figure out..
Great job, though. especially for an older drawing :D

Very beautiful poster
if there were two guys on the moon and one of them killed the other with a rock that'd be pretty fucked up wouldn't it?

Hate the Strawberry, for the weird body shape and massively disproportional leaves. The leaves are more a personal thing, because I prefer StrawberryClocks to have leaves closer to the shape and size of those of a real strawberry, but there are many different popular methods of rendering it, with a lot of people outright drawing him with hair. Regardless, if you're going to use a reference, don't use somebody else's drawing as a reference, use a picture of a strawberry. The background needs to be either pure black or a very dark color, not a very dark gray, as that just makes it look washed out. The use of gradients in general does horribly for it, and you should reshade the color clocks by hand. The clock hands also need to be centered on the pin, as it looks like they're all looking slightly to their right. You also might consider swapping the positioning and scale of the SBC and Color Clocks blocks, so that the color clocks are in the foreground and SBC is in the background, still faded, but on a lower layer. The color rays I despise and see no good reason for them being in the picture. Maybe if you drew them in a very particular way they would look alright, but they're just three gradients running through the thing, which is both bad design and bad, aesthetically. The electricity effect is really well done, very; string-like.

Wow. That's really not very good. And I'm almost certain I've seen the same flas for those colour clocks including the electricity in someone else's flash.
hello

FileCabinetClock

i'm not too sure i dig it

and by that i mean i don't like it and the gradients are ugly!!!

I made the color clocks from scratch, and made the electricity with a scribbley brush and a glow filter :(.
