I don't know, kinda looks flat, like there's no hand in it, but the fingers are curled over. It'd be a bit more believable if the fingers were straight. Also, make the keypad and the clock neater. Hell, make the whole thing neater.

add some textures maybe some different colors instead of just black and white.
other wise your doing fine and if you need a clock face you should visit toadclocks clock face .fla pack for something better.

Its a good start, try exploring shading and generally neatening it up.

I had though you interfaced a powerglove with flash.

How exactly did you draw that? Flash doesn't normally pixelate things since it's all vector-based.
