This thread is here to post updated word counts in every day and perhaps share some thoughts about the adventure as we go along. It's important that you post it in here; I'm going to be putting up a scoreboard that shows the word counts for each participant and will cheer the winners as they pass 50,000 words; I just need to work on the script.

I'm on 2400 words so far and my story already has satan and sexy twins. The word count validator isn't working for me

I know we're supposed to have 1,667 on the first day, but I still haven't slept from last night, so I'm kind of beat and not able to go on much longer. Feelin the story, though. I hope the rest of it clicks together as well as it has so far.

I wish I could stop going back and correcting myself.

I'm still working on my Latin homework

I pulled 3000 words out of my ass starting at midnight, then got some sleep. I just got up and hopefully I'll finish another chapter or two today.

It helps that I'm leaving all the revising for December.
