56,027 words, and at least I won, but it's kind of a dirty victory. I wrote a 3,000 word passage about absolutely nothing and randomly put in this passage I wrote but ended up clipping out at the end. I'm going to take this story a lot more seriously after I've had some time to relax.

Did not come close to finishing. The words just wouldn't come, I was brooding over it for most of the month. I do still hope to write it eventually though.
