If I'm installing a game I already have through Steam on another computer, do I have to copy over my save game files from the comp. where I have them, or will it download or install the files along with the game?

Yes, save games don't copy over to your new computer, but eventually Valve will add Steam Cloud to Steam, which copies things like save games and settings (I think).

bumping this cause I'm in my Fallout 3 folder on steam but i'm having no luck finding any save game file to copy over.
