A&W is the king, "Dad's Root Beer" is fantastic if you want something spicy, but its a bit hard to find, Barq's is also good. Mug is meh.

If you can't find any at the locals, use Amazon.

I've purchased a lot of sodas (many many thousands worth over years), and often the cheapest, fastest route is to go to a bargain store like sams club. This is the main reason I have a business membership with them. With a single run to get a couple hundred dollars worth of sodas and energy drinks you will have already saved more than the cost of the membership... Shipping on such drinks can get very expensive. I know because I had to have all my bawls shipped in before they started selling it locally. The only downside is that sams doesn't always have the variety that you want, and if that is the case, try costco. Still, I used them for all coke related beverages, rockstars, monsters, red bull, jones sodas, etc...

The last time I checked they had a really good price on jones soda root beer... which is one of the best brands imo, from pure cane sugar.
