How do simese twins like haves sex? It would have to be pretty awkward. Also, what if it's a boy and girl simese twin pair? What would happen if the dude semens himself, could he impregnate his twin? And would the boy also feel the pain of giving birth. This is stupid but, really?

A.) You can't have siamese fraternal twins or siamese twins of different sexes, since they were two separate fertilized eggs. Siamese twins are always identical because they're created when an egg doesn't split in half all the way.

B.) I'm sure it's possible for siamese twins to have sex, it's just tricky.

C.) All your other questions are irrelevant because two siamese twins can't be different genres and therefore can't accidentally impregnate each other or whatever other nonsense.
