DWARFINATORclock

Quote from: Solenoidclock;1571741It appears that the person I encountered made a pop culture reference. Thank you for clearing that up for me. Now, use your powers of deduction to reveal a distributor of my commie drink, the most equal and esoteric of all sodas.

I just found this but it's not what I'm looking for:
http://www.elche-cola.com/

Pop culture in 1964 maybe.

Couldn't find a better picture, but when I was in the states I use to crave this shit. It's like highly caffeinated orange soda with a shitload of sugar. It took some getting use to, but I'd drink it and I'd swear I had just ran a marathon my heart would race so much. Those silly Arabs and their soda.

How did those work? I remember buying 1 of them once but it was ages ago and they looked wicked awesome.

Coke Blak, and these two energy drinks you used to be able to find easily over here, Joker and Coolah.

My tastes in energy drinks run mostly towards the completely unpalatable ones, and I actually used to go to the convenience store and buy Cascabel by the crate.

Steve

Coca Cola Vanilla.
That tastes swell.

Loki Clock

Also haha at all you people who live in places where Vanilla Coke was discontinued. :)

Cherry Coke seems to be getting harder and harder to find, can't live without that shit.

They still sell it here in Mexico, not sure if its the same formula though.

That reminds me

Strangely delicious, it was like the perfect balance of cola, it is very rare to find one now for me.

We still have that here. Personally I can't stand the thing.

It's the same principle as bubble tea. Those little balls floating in it are of equal density to the drink, so they just kind of float around, suspended in it. The Wikipedia page also says there's apparently a secret ingredient called "gellan gum" that keeps them in place.

Man, that was my animatin' fuel back when I worked at an animation studio last year. :)

WiiClock

pepsi holiday spice was amazing.
really wish i had some right now.
i miss you holiday spice.
HELLO EVERYONE.

CaramelAppleClock

Quote from: Atrus;1571563What are some discontinued soft drinks you wish were still around?

Pepsi Holiday Spice

It was Pepsi flavoured with cinnamon, one of my favourite all-time spices. I drank it all the time during the winter of Grade 11, but it was a limited-time flavour, and now it's gone.

Pepsi Blue

I know, I know, nobody liked it, but I did. All that berry flavour had a mean kick to it that I liked. The blue colouring was also interesting for novelty's sake, but these days, that I drank so much is why my hair's falling out now. :p

Coke with Lime

I usually don't much care for lime, but when it was added to Coca-Cola, it was pretty swanky.
pepsi blue fuck yes they only released it here during christmas many years ago and i crave it ever since :(
Quote from: WobbuffetClock;1571566I miss Vanilla Coke.
Not among my favourites. It's aroma is so strong it barely tastes/smells like vanilla.
Quote from: Losperman;1571851They have a lot of it near me, along with Cherry Coke Zero, which is pretty fucking great.
Damn, they never introduced cherry coke zero here =(
Quote from: SCSP;1571940punica
I remember it. It was one of the better non-fizzy drinks.

I hate mirinda since the moment I first tasted it. Not only it barely tastes like oranges, but this particular soda has enough fucking colorant to stain my lips and the skin around it.
Quote from: Biblo;1572077

We still have it here in most places and I must say the little touch of sourness is appealing to my taste buds.

Craisin

I have vanilla coke zero, RC Cola, and Diet Code Red...

We do NOT have the berries and cream doctor pepper which was pretty legit.

buttplug

I miss soda being in glass bottles.
