If you stop by Austin I'm sure you'll find something good playing at an Alamo Drafthouse. Be sure to check the calendars for the multiple locations, because they all have different stuff playing.

Houston probably has more shit to do in the city. Austin folk are more fast and feast when it comes to holding interesting public affairs. There are a few good annual art festivals, but I don't know of any going on right now, since Pecan Street Festival just ended. Of course it will always do you good to stop by MCGUIRE'S CLOCKS to get a keen look at the selection, and if you're hungry, Star Seeds is a pretty good all-night diner.

If you ask for something specific I might could tell you the right place for it.

Also I'm hopefully moving to Albuquerque in June, so you might just completely miss me.
