Yeah it does, I installed it, and it seemed to work fine for the breif time I got to use it (had to borrow my bro's monitor to test it).

One problem I am having is that my CPU's heatsink/fan won't stay on all the way it seems. I may go and buy new thermal paste and a new heatsink/fan for it.
