You know where the dead ringer actually works?

On Bot servers and against new players.

Because you can tell a deadringer spy cloaking and decloaking from a mile away.

Camera beard has the same drop rate as normal items now. Ushanka, Stove Pipe and Batter's Helmet here. Camera beard if you count that I guess.

Cloak and Dagger is worse on every level of skill.

If you're good with Dead Ringer (as I percieve myself to be) you can easily get over 32 - 1 in score (as I frequantly do.)

67 - 0 is my highest so far.
Just remember ammo packs restore it so if yer burning/using it, remove, pick up, enable : 2 Dead Ringer.

I call pure luck on those, you must certainly run into those god damn pyro's who just burn their entire flamethrower ammo just because someone yells "spy!"

Then again stats are abit bugged since alot of things don't show upp correctly, 37-1 is most kills before 1 death but it was in arena.

Nah thats why I said 2+ GOOD pyros. A shitty pyro is easy to shoot to death with Revolver and Dead Ringer. A good one is harder still but still easy if the map has alot of space. You have to remember that you can use the Dead Ringer up to 3-4 times on some maps by going to 1 ammo pack after the other and enabling it; Thus removing fire/persuers/danger.

Combat spy is highly underrated, sure I like to backstab but good Snipers/Engineers/Pyros/Scouts are second to impossible to stab so you shoot them. 3+ shoots usually do it and when you can fake death and run to a ammopack/medic/engineer/out-of-danger you have the upper hand 90% of the time.

BUT, as I said before; If you face an entire team of good players Spy is still playable as combat spy but loses it's value since you can hardly backstab anyone. You can still be a good asset to the team by going defence and stabbing attackers but those times I usually just go Soldier etc.

I used to think the Force-A-Naure was all I needed, but then i switched back to the scattergun and i was like OOOOOOHH THATS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT
