I'm Jackson
I have animated for 5 years. Drawn for ever. I plan to go into film or some sort of art. I can be very motivated if I'm interested in the project I'm working on, and very umotivated if I lose interest. I'm also kind of a musician, I play guitar and bass, not amazingly but pretty well for only about two years of experience.

I'm a senior in high school so I have a lot of time on my hands.

AbsintheClock

I'm Jason Berry,
I make a lot of artwork in a lot of different medias. More of my work is experimental than something finalized. I've been doing artwork for a long time. I'm a terrible musician. A lot of my time is pretty occupied right now. I'm in one of those weird transitional phases where you re-arrange your room, and think about new ideas. It would be nice to work on something that isn't a talking clock with an object. Most of my animation seems to be just a lot of still images moving around. I don't think I have the time, patience, or skill to create a convincing fbf movie. That's why I've always liked movies like Fantastic Planet.

CourgetteClock

Hey everyone,

My name is Robin, like the arrow slinging forrest faggot. I'll be 17 for another week. I've been animating for 4 years but the first year has been te most productive for me, after that I stopped improving my skills for some reason. I hardly challenged myself. Surely the quality of my movies improved but not really notable.

My hobbies are right now mainly music ( piano, guitar ), and starting to get into flash again.

For some time I felt like trying something new would be a great thing but I never got to it. Mainly because I always fell back into CC ( or rather LL, yeah I suck ).

Will upload and link some stuff but it is pretty much ALL clock/lock shit.

I frown upon fapping.

I'm Evan.

I animate and draw and hope to get a lot better at both.

I have a few projects on my plate already, but working on something experimental and not too epic sounds like an awesome way to spend my free time.  I haven't animated much recently. I want to get back into it.

I have some old ideas for flash collaboration that have never gotten used.  I imagine a movie where different animation styles are used to animate different characters' perspective on the same situation.  There could be a narrator-style, a murderer's-eye-style, a victim's style, the police officer's style, a dream-sequence style.  Each done by a different animator - and in certain scenes, multiple styles could overlap or appear side-by-side (in panels maybe).

Contact me through email (zombieabe@gmail), aim (zombie lincoln) or MSN messenger (zombielincoln@hotmail.com)

I look up to a lot of the animators in this thread - please, consider yourselves circle-jerked

I would clearly win this bout if it weren't for the fact that you are a mod, and therefore win on the premise that you can simply ban me.

Hello I am KELSEY. I capitalize every letter in my name because I am that important. I am a vector artist, animator, world renowned musician specializing in the areas of J-Pop and opera, video editor, web designer, graphic designer, painter, cross-stitcher, and I also like to draw with sparkle gel pens.

My website is K3LTR0N.com. You can get in touch with me at xkeltron@hotmail.com. I love cats.

ToyotaClock

I'm Grayson. I am an amateur artist with little motivation but a great deal of inspiration. My preferred media are simple G-2 and gel pens on paper. I have a general understanding of Flash animation, but mostly I just use Flash for drawing/editing. My real talent, however, is writing; poetry, essays, short stories and the like. I am awful at motivating myself to see projects through, but in the presence of more motivated artists I can make myself finish whatever is necessary.

Throughout the year I may be preoccupied with other demanding projects, but I generally have a significant amount of time to myself.

My email is anonyr0ms@gmail.com, and my MSN/Windows Live is r0ms@jihads.net (I'm not usually online).

This is a good idea, and i would be willing if enough people are interested

However, it's also something that could potentially suffer from the same flaw as the old form of collabs: lots of different animators and styles loosely assembled around a central concept, resulting in an uncohesive experience

To me it looks like it's succes as a finished product would depend largely on internal communication, creating a strong shared vision and coordination.

Then again, at this stage the end result is not exactly a main priority, and the effort required would probably crank up the threshold for participation not to mention the chance of people dropping out halfway.

In any case, if we were to do something like this I would suggest maybe instead of just having animators do one style each we could form small groups around a group director/lead animator to work together. That way, the coordination of the project on the large scale will be easier, because the group directors could act as representatives of their part.

On the small scale, people will have more direct communication with their group members and thus even if the complete project would amount to nothing they would still have fun (potentially, possibly, hopefully)

I really like this idea. Granted that there are enough people participating to split up into groups, it has the potential to get things done with a little more ease. Less work in total for an individual would mean more time to pay attention to detail.

Hello I am Jurian, I have been using flash since like forever.
I am a movie editor mostly, filming and editing are my main gig, but animation is probably something I have more experience in.
I can get by with most adobe software and some apple exclusives like Final Cut and Audio Cut.
I like drawing a lot, working out a lot, drinking a lot and women.
I don't have a website ( I totally should have by now though ) but you can a lot of drawings from me here on the cc.
I don't have much free time but if the projects interesting I can make some.

I also have a little brother named Wouter.

hi my name is sloth, not my real name but at least a few people in real life refer to me as it so here we go. if i was gonna label myself as anything it would be b-boy, hip-hop is my largest passion at the moment, i write graffiti, rap and produce beats, i do none of those things all to spectacularly but i think i'm pretty decent. i'm also an animator, haven't worked on anything lately but i've been itching to do something, anything. i also enjoy writing both lyrics and prose, something which i excel quite a great deal at in my humble opinion. i feel as though i'm limited by my wide range of passions and interests, becoming moderately good at a few things but never great at one thing. i figure with time, it will be a slow process, that i will be great at all my hobbies and be a mindblowing supernova of creativity adored the world over, we'll see. my main goal and lifelong dream is to be a filmmaker, i feel film is the perfect and penultimate artform as it combines the beauty of a painting, the elegance of dance, the sound of music, the showmanship of theatre and the skilled precision of mathematics, i adore auteur filmmakers and would one day like to create a film that i had complete control over, for now i make flash movies and rap songs, write love letters to girls who hate me and sit and drink with like minded individuals and conjure ideas and plan our world dominance.

my name is sloth and im an artist.

Hey there, my name is Vitor (not Victor). I'm currently in my freshman year in high school but have been messing around with Flash, art, film, and a lot more since around the age of 11. I love drawing, filming, and making music, but I wouldn't consider myself an "artist". I play guitar and sing, and hope to form a local band with some friends in the near future. As a career, I really hope to become a movie director, but still play some music every once in a while. A lot of my drawings and flash movies are online, as for music and film I never uploaded any of it, but I do plan to.

You can talk to me through MSN: vitoraraujogfp@hotmail.com, and AIM: VitorAraujoGFP.
