There is this sound effect used in cartoons and I think that it was on the old series of Wonder Woman too, that appears when someone makes a stunt in slow motion.

It comes from the old TV show 'six million dollar man', it happened each time he did something only a man that cost 6 million dollars can do like run slightly faster than normal. It's in the first 10 seconds.
