If you look and are willing to spend a little bit of money it's not hard to get it on the cheap instead of stealing it. You might have to settle for getting CS3 or CS4 instead, but from what I've seen there's not been any changes worth losing sleep over since flash 5 (though being compatible with newer .flas is kind of necessary for using things like event preloaders)
