Best: A couple years ago I was made a mod, and I felt honored to be allowed that. However, I was too timid to do any real moderating, and so I was ineffective.

Worst: All that brouhaha with RupeeClock. Again, I'm timid so I don't like it when people can't get along. Not that this sort of thing hadn't happened before.
