most of that is done on the forum itself, with a select few individuals going the extra mile going out of their way to contact the individuals through AIM or whatever other medium they can get their hands on.

a more plausible idea for a clock crew twitter would revolve around some method of spreading the word of the clock crew around the internet, but even then it would need some sort of plan to actually go anywhere.
