What the fuck? The weakest part of most things Egoraptor makes are the writing, that why he's made a bunch of well animated flash movies that aren't funny because they're stupid video game parodies. Why is he writing for it? Jeez the writing better include like a million notes about the animation but then it'd basically be a storyboard with more words and less pictures.

just reading the first page of the comic i can tell no one will be able to capture the magic of it, that being it's written by a 5 year old. it would also be hard to capture that in voice acting as well.

Egoraptor is funny, I'm not going to be all hipster because he's popular on newgrounds and Metal Gear Awesome was horribly overrated, but he's mostly funny because he's a great voice actor and his animation style is really amusing. Unless he's voice acting everybody as well as writing it probably wont be so great. Plus as Deodorant said its supposed to be written by a five year old.

At most Egoraptor will influence 1/5 of the show

edit: It'll be interesting how they adapt the comic to TV. While the 5-year old dialogue works perfect for the webcomic, I don't think it would transition perfectly for a TV show. For instance, pretty much every show ever follows simultaneous storylines, but Axe Cop folds out pretty linearly (Except for a few select parts).

the segments are only a quarter of an hour long, which would be around 11 minutes of actual showing, and are split up into six parts, so i doubt they're going to drag on too far away from the original premise of it.

I'm not sure how long axe cop has been running now, but I don't think the kid is 5yo anymore.
