My guess would be that most people don't want to pay real money, but a much larger part of those non-payers would rather use name tags than try to uncrate things.

But a lot of people buy keys from the cash shop exclusively to use as currency. But right now, it would be a lot smarter to buy gift wrap, then sell it for a key and a refined. You save 50 cents AND get an extra refined out of the deal. People buying gift wrap would also stabilize the price.

I finally got a CS:Go beta key today, after signing up during the first round of key giveaways. :dance:
I figure it took so long because I accidentally did the hardware survey on my Macbook.

Also I have a gift key to give away.
