yeah though doublebass sometimes confuses me for some reason. as if it were 2 bassguitars or something idk

I totally agree. A lot of people I've talked to think piano is the most beautiful instrument but I've always said the cello is amazing. Once you break the barrier of playing it becoming natural, it's rather soothing to play as well, I'd imagine that's the case for other instruments too though.


I would suggest getting private lessons if you want to learn. I don't think learning from a book provides anywhere near the knowlege or insight that an experienced player in the same room can provide.
