I'm curious to see what version is most popular to the people here.  I believe I have an old MX installation disc around somewhere.

Thanks for voting!  I know multi-option is strange, but sometimes people will use multiple versions for work/personal use, etc.

PezClock

Macromedia flash 8. It's easy to get and not confusing to me.

I feel that CS3 just has enough options to where I can feel satiated in both complexity and simplicity with editing options.

School makes me stay up to date, so CS6.

it's good, it's just frustrating that Adobe makes it so hard for it to interact with older versions of Flash.

And I always change the layout to look like Macromedia Flash 8, because that was the best version.
if there were two guys on the moon and one of them killed the other with a rock that'd be pretty fucked up wouldn't it?

That persona 4 arena on your sig, thats my shittttttttttttttttttttttttttttt.

And I tried CS6 for a couple of days. Didnt feel the necessity especially with the fact that my flashes are so basic.

Fax Clock

I use flash cs5.5 for solo projects and flash 8 for collabs

pop-tart

I use F8 98% of the time. Best interface for animating.

I have CS5.5 in case I need AS3 support or if Abs sends me FLAs because he he's insensitive to my compatibility needs.

patriotclock

anything other than 8 is an abomination

FLOUNDERMAN_CLOCK

I use CS5.5 is pretty good as long as your computer isn't underpowered. Adobe stopped giving a damn about optimizing their software years ago. I havent bothered to upgrade to 6 yet, it doesnt really look any different

Schmellements Clawk

Thanks guys, your input is greatly appreciated!

I'd play it, if, like, I had a console. You got Skullgirls?

funny how so many of us seem to be stuck in the past with flash 8

WrenchClock

Flash 8 because it's the easiest to steal

miracle fruit

i voted for flash 8 but i shouldve checked mx 2004 as well, which is what i started with

RobClock

Flash 8. When I got into things, it was pretty much the standard for everyone despite CS3 being out at the time. Never saw the need or had the desire to upgrade.

Schmellements Clawk

I hear you guys.  Once again, thank you!

BoltClock

I'm not sure why I'm on CS4, but I am. Some days I kinda just want to switch back to CS3 for the better-looking UI if nothing else.
