in other news, I just beat the last case in the first pheonix wright game. Never realized it would be so long, it's like at least 1/3 of the content on the game. Gant's hyperclapping was the best witness freakout ever. Hope they have a pool in the jail you're going to motherfucker!

The original AA1, which was released only in Japan on the GBA, only had the first four cases. Case five was added for the DS remake, so it was extra-long. They didn't bother to add any new cases to the other two games in the original trilogy, for whatever reason.

my friends and I rented this from hollywood video one time
it was weird and dumb but I'm sure there are some people out there who'd swear by it

also I remember sonic satam being basically the good version of sonic underground (whoops is my decade long ironic facade slipping) but I haven't watched it since I was a youngin.

Yeah I agree it basically was. I still say AOSTH was legitimately good though. Robotnik Scratch and Grounder were the best part of the show. But SATAM actually had a plot which I really liked back then. God the comics got disappointing though. They continued the story and it was great for a long time, but at some point that one writer who was obsessed with the echidna people turned it into god awful romanace anime soap opera bullshit. He eventually got fired and started writing fanfiction novels about echidnas. I'm told the comics are better now that the dude is gone but I cant bring myself to care about sonic comics anymore. I might read that Mega Man crossover one though the part I saw with Robotnik and Wily bickering looked pretty hilarious.

I watched sonic X and basically everyone from the sonic world got teleported to earth and he crashlanded in this kids house while dr eggman crashlanded in some random island where he built his base and shit it was alright before it just got cheesy
