So, I work in a grocery store.. overnight. It's weird because between 11pm and 6am the music pumped thru the place changes formats. It goes from easy listening to this weird head bangers ball type thing... playing hair metal and grunge and numetal and ska. Some of it popular... some very obscure.

So this one song comes on all the time and I always picture it as a flash. There are two singers telling the opposite sides of some rivalry or something. Almost brings to mind a gunslinger vibe. I picture it being animated back and forth by two animators in the same way the vocalists trade off.

SO I finally got around to looking up the song name.



Anyone want to do a flash with me? Or is the idea terrible?

I got a YouCanHasCheeseburger yesterday at a place called the Brunchbox in downtown Portland. It's a typical, decent cheeseburger but in lieu of a bun it has two grilled cheese sandwiches on Texas toast. Of course, I added bacon, and it was "Free Hashbrown Day" because there was a homegame of some local sports team going on.
