VCR, i understand your reasonable actions and your duties in keeping the CC a clean & tidy place, but should we move towards a permaban?

last but not least, in the ''BB10 hate threat'', i replied to nintendo's (false) claims that i joined on 2010 (i actually joined on 2007), and i simply suggested him to find better interests in life.
i believe that my actions in this thread were not offensive, and there were no violations of the CC's rules, so i shouldnt get (perma)banned for that.

(however, if i DO break the rules of the CC in the future, i should be punished as needed, and no less)
