I do not believe that you are capable of 'raising hell' here. Hell is a very far away place, very deep beneath the ground. One man could not raise it out of there unless he were to use an army composed of millions of bulldozers, dump trucks, shovels, and other such equipment. Even then, the costs would be so great that you would have to save money all of your life, and receive donations. This would be difficult, because I don't see why anybody would want to donate money for you to raise hell. In fact, raising hell may just be a bad idea in the first place. What if it's occupants like being underground? They would be awfully upset with you for raising them. Then the Clock Crew would receive angry letters from these demons, who would accidentally associate you with us. The Clock Crew does not have the time to deal with such angry letters. We are busy with our non-hell related activities.
