From what I understand NGs review rules are less rules that you can't break but more rules for quality assurance, like the kind Wikipedia has for when you write articles. They do say they're "guidelines" in the link they provide under when you're writing a review. So, your review wasn't banned because it was abusive but because they thought it didn't meet standards.

I don't necessarily agree with it, but that's how Newgrounds does it.

What I will say is after skimming through the guidelines I would say most of your reviews don't break any of the rules, so you would actually have a legitimate case, although judging from the reaction of everybody here (plus the fact that the reviews were kinda shitty) they'd probably make a rule to make what you did against the rules.
