I've made a post in this thread explaining why I need this and in doing so have revealed a very sensitive aspect of my life to an entirely new generation of clocks when all but a few of those who knew have moved on.  this is why I would like this topic not to go to shit.

Yeah I just plugged in my camera, and it's not working well in the light I am in. I'll wait until morning and try with some natural light. See how it goes.
