F.E.A.R. 2 demo

oh shit i was just playing this and its fucking awesome. The part in the school with the ghost things made me quite jumpy.

Okay guys a little help here

I've played through it twice on normal and hard, and I still don't get it. What am I missing here? The shooty bits are sub-par shooty elements and the scary bits are so horrifically clishe' and predictable they're not scary at all.

You are missing bright colors and fox people.

I don't know, everyone has differing opinions on video games. What you find scary/fun might be totally different from what other people think. Just because it's a popular game doesn't mean you need to try to fit in and like it.

Awesome, I hope that becomes the new buzz phrase whenever I dislike mundane widely accepted gaming norms and dichtomies, I personally am looking forward to many more years of yiff jokes. I guess you figured since Rupee's been gone so long nobody would notice re-using material in an unfounded fashion, but I'm just being nit-picky, I'm sure I'll love the furry jokes.

Nah, I know that, I just felt like I was missing the point or something. I mean, a lot of the game really looked nice and the controls were solid and all, I just didn't feel too impressed. Definately not a bad game, just felt a bit over-hyped. Then again, this is still just a demo.

Can't afford it at the moment, but I will definitely be getting it.

I just bought the GTA Complete pack on steam and I'm getting the Rome+Medieval 2 Total War before FEAR 2.

My game wish list is pretty short right now, only games im really looking forward to are DoW2 and Prototype.

Yeah, I'm getting DOW2 after FEAR2.

Is there a pc version of Prototype being made? It looks pretty cool but I don't have a 360 or PS3.

I got the pc version, mainly because i already have a shitload of fairly new shooters for xbox (cod 4/5, gow 1/2, orange box etc) and not so much for pc, just ut3 and crysis really. Also i have the original fear for pc so it thought it would be nice to have 2 aswell:)
