I'm liking the new things they talk about. Also, if I remember correctly, you couldn't take out limbs in the old game, so I think that's a pretty big change if you ask me.

Yeah, we were discussing how terrifying the Spitter looks.
Also, you could take out limbs in Left 4 Dead one.  I'd have fun shooting off zombie legs with the M4 when shooting their heads got too easy.

They're a kind of "Uncommon Infected". Uncommons are normal zombies that sometimes pop up where a normal zombie usually would, but have perks or abilities.

Mudmen are slightly harder to spot than normal zombies and cause your field of vision to get muddied if they hit you.

Another uncommon they revealed were "Hazmat Zombies" that wore fire-proof suits.

Oh okay, I've been following this game semi-regularly and I've heard nothing about "uncommon" zombies. Sounds like a good concept though.
