deep fry night!!!

Well tonight i got together with some friends and we deep fried a bunch of shit including:

pizza
corndogs
ravioli
sardines
twinkies
oreos
double stacks from wendys
funnel cake

all of which were delicious but i feel sick and like i have diarrhea and constipation at the same time, but i sorta saw that coming. OH WELL, live and learn i guess. but the main lesson learned was that anything deep fried is far more delicious!

Grab some Mushrooms, Parmesan and Cornmeal.. also flour. Remove the stems from the mushrooms, place a small cube of parmesan inside. spray them lightly with water, roll in the cornmeal and flour mixture, deepfry. Cheese melts inside of the mushroom, and is deepfried. I'd also add some cayenne pepper or something spicy to give them a kick. Add to a pasta or eat them FUCKING BY THEMSELVES.

At the fair last year I met this guy who was peddling fried cola. He takes the syrup and mixes it in with the funnel cake batter, then he hits it with cool whip, cinnamon, and a cherry. Smelled good.

I've always made fried peanut butter, jelly, and banana sandwiches. I'd pan fry them. It takes some skill to get everything to cook through without having everything melt everywhere.
