Some Questions.

As some of you may know im still the new guy so id like to ask a couple of questions. #1 What is a super moderator, ive notive several people such as Absinthe and Leek are super moderators, yet i have no idea what that is.
#2 Ive seen several people with things in their signature that show how far along they are in their flashes. Im working on a flash and i wold like to know how to get one of em.
#3 Ive notives recently alot of bannings of people who werent recently banned. What are the rules on banning, what can you be banned for, as i dont want to make any mistakes.

1: Leek isn't a Super Moderator, he's an admin.
Super Moderators are members of the staff who can ban users, move and sticky threads, manage posts, etc. Admins have the same privileges, but they have the power to do changes to the site and its members. For example, admins can promote users to Moderators, and can implement new features to the site, such as a new page, or a new button on the posting interface.

3: There's a considerable amount of rules in the Clock Crew. There was a thread in the old Welcome Lounge, but it got deleted.
I'd suggest to watch why people get banned and try not to do the same mistakes.

then how does on catch the eye of an admin to get promoted?

e: Where 0 is the percentage, and c4fe is the color of the progress bar. Not sure what the 000000 at the end is there for, everything stays black regardless of the color I put in.

Be a good Clock, basically. Be a good poster, do flash, come up with ideas to improve the community. You have to catch the eye of the staff, not just of an admin.

Of course, this won't happen in the blink of an eye. You have to do a continuous effort.
