The original .psd's for my comics and artwork and stuff take up a lot of space because I draw my pictures four times their size and then I shrink them down to the size they're intended to be seen.

This, and it makes my lineart looks extra crisp.  For some reason, if I look at a drawing done in Photoshop as is, I can see that the lines are just a tad blurry, and it bothers me.  So, it helps to have them be bigger (plus I can go in and really add detail to a picture should I choose to).
Also, I made my own SUPER SPECIAL set of Photoshop brushes to get crisper lines as well.

Yeah, I imagine soon enough we won't even bother with bytes or filesizes.  We'll be like "Hey man what's the filesize of the thing you're sending me" and they'll be like "What?"
