Mind your reference amplitude, though - clipping can cause harmonic distortion, but it can also damage your speakers. Whether you want the distortion or not, keep the released audio file under reference by about a decibel (I'm guessing). You can cut it closer if your sound is more sinusoidal (less overshoot).
