Anyone here write Arabic?

I have a client that wants the text on his son's birth card to be in Arabic. He doesn't own a keyboard that types in arabic and neither do I, and if I type in any of the arabic fonts installed on windows he says the text is full of spelling and grammatical mistakes because of a very poor keyboard layout and lack of correct accents.

I would be very grateful if any of you could help me write the birth card, otherwise this customer would have to have his birth card in Dutch, which would be kind of strange considering he's only sending it to moroccan family.

My boss speaks Lebanese Arabic but I'm not at work, and I'm not about to bother him. There are over 1000 dialects of Arabic.
