Alright then, I guess no one is agaisnt this. I'll start creating a rough draft of what I have in mind. Whoever is interested in working on the template, has ideas, or is interested in being a casual article writer, post here.

TIEM will be more of a website where users can view issues and get content ready for approval and submition.

I'm sticking with this project because I haven't done much for the CC as of lately, and as a way for the people involved to practice what they like doing.
