twitter has the capacity to make the piles of useless web 2.0 information sort itself out into usable information vis a vis location, activities, regarding controlled releases of products or creative output, or whatever I dont know just shit like that in general.
it's a functional organizationa; tool because it aggregates and disseminates information efficiently and automatically
