doing not so great a job of posting here at the clock crew but

[VCRClock]

you guys, I... I opened flash

very slowly, when I have time and feel like it, I am making bits and pieces of game interface with actionscript.

it'll probably never begin to approach a finished product, but as a novice programmer, it feels really good to see code I wrote finally behaving the way I wanted it to.

in retrospect I don't really regret purchasing flash 8 at all. thank you, clock crew, for pressuring me into learning to use a program that's fairly versatile, potentially useful and occasionally pretty fun.
