All this time, I've been the chairman of the Illanimati.

Few have dared to dream of the horrible deeds I have committed in the name of my grand designs... And yet I look on it all not with regret, but with pride. For I have seen the light upon the gilded rooftops of the land of the rising sun, and I know in my heart that it is Japan, yes, Japan, that will unite us all in a glorious new world order. Truly, a utopian vision.
