guys, can you convert this .fla-pack into a flash 8 version?

this is screwdriver's .fla pack, for a movie im willing to do, in honour of him, and he gave it to me in CS4 version, which i dont have. and i only have flash 8, so...

can someone convert this file, (the link is below you) to a flash 8 format?

so, can smeone convert it to flash 8, or earlier? but flash 8 will do, i guess!
