Why would he make fake posters about such a mundane subject? That's stupid. If you're going to do something that idiotic you might as well make it about an interesting concept for a movie. All three of those pictures just look like shitty movies I could easily see being made as a cash grab.

Yes that was the point, to imitate movie posters. I don't see your problem with them, I mean 99% of all movie posters are shit, so this guy who did it for kicks did those shops pretty damn well. The subject matter might be shit but they look like actual posters and that was the point.

I'm not talking about bad art, I'm talking about really, really fucking boring art that may or may not be "bad" but it might as well be. These three posters don't even come close to the most boring art I've seen. They aren't even the most boring art on that guy's site, this is:

When you get into art you're going to come across drab and overly accessible ads like this, countless expressionless headshots of young women, photorealistic reference drawings, and, probably worst of all, minimalistic abstract expressionist art.


These posters aren't particularly interesting but at least they convey emotion and thought to composition.
