A quick google search tells me you can do this in AS2 using

trace(); will only output the name to your flash's output monitor or someshit so instead create a dynamic textbox and give it the instace name ngUserMessage. Then insert

Someone once found an exploit that allowed you to co-author anyone without their consent. I remember renaming all my shit flashes to some variation of 'Super Mario Bros Z episode (x)' an co-authoring Alvin-Earthworm to all of them. That was a fun couple of hours until Tom fixed it.
