I'd recommend holding off on this kind of post until you get an idea of how things work here.

60 FPS is a needlessly high framerate for tweening, and a positively absurd framerate for frame-by-framing. (Animation is all about using as few frames you can get away with.)
We always draw our own backgrounds.
Usually, we have a theme or overarching idea for collaborations so it doesn't end up an incomprehensible hodgepodge. Not even that always works.
