Walk Loop Collab (start taking parts guys)

Poptart salvaged a great idea from blob's one frame collab. Basically some guy makes a stick figure walk loop and everybody draws over one frame of that loop.

GUIDELINES

DIMENSIONS: 600X350
One person who is reasonably good at fbf and can work fast makes a stick figure walk loop at 12 32fps. It will need to be at least 12 or more frames so we have a good number of people involved. The walk loop will be a bouncy cartoonish type thing and each of the following body parts will be colored differently:

-head and neck
-left arm
-right arm
-left leg
-right leg
-torso

then members will each choose one frame of the loop and trace over it. What you draw over it can be anything. Try to make it detailed, interesting, and above all else funny. It can be absolute shit as long as it's REALLY funny. but you're only drawing a single frame instead of making a full flash part so you can spend time on detail. More than 30 seconds I hope. Whether the participants see the previous parts before they draw can be decided later.

Also we're gonna need a background for the loop and to choose what to use as loop music.

Lastly if you're worried about your work not being noticed, I'm gonna set it up so if you click a button it plays way slower so you can see the individual frames easier.

I have a walking fla that I used for dumpster's dream, I'll see if I can tweak it so it has arms and such, and it looks better/smoother.

Also, pez, that is one of the best things I have ever seen. Are those madness feet?

Tried my hand at the base loop.

It looks slow because it's 32 frames but only 16 poses, so each pose is 2 frames. I tried it with just 16 frames but it was too fast and spastic imo (I know we're going for cartoony but that doesn't mean shit and 16 frames looked like shit). I could try adding more inbetweens to smooth it but I'm afraid that might fuck it up again.

If you'll indulge my whining: 24 fps is too slow. I know that's what most people use, but when I do fbf I usually find a higher fps better. I ran this at 32 fps and it looked way better. EDIT: Alternatively, reverting back to 1 frame per pose and then running it at 16 fps might work. I'll try that later. EDIT2: Yeah it does.

Anyway, whether or not this gets used, I want a part.
